1. Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted once you receive a confirmation email from Bazm Studio or see a confirmation window after checkout, along with a system-generated order number.

2. Order Cancellation

Bazm Studio reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Items being out of stock at the time of processing

  • Technical errors during order placement

  • Suspicious or negative order history

  • Articles found defective during quality control

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery or email address

  • Pricing discrepancies

  • Declined payment by the issuing financial institution

Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been processed or shipped.

3. Delays

Bazm Studio strives to ensure all deliveries are made on time according to regular delivery schedules. However, the company is not liable for any delay in pickup, transport, or delivery of orders, regardless of the cause.

Bazm Studio shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, mis-delivery, or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control.

4. Force Majeure

For the purposes of these terms, “Force Majeure” refers to any event beyond the reasonable control of Bazm Studio, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, cyclones, earthquakes, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, acts of terrorism, or governmental restrictions.

In such circumstances, Bazm Studio shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

6. Intellectual Property
